How to Use

1. For a soothing massage pour a few drops of this delicious oil into the palm of your hand.
2. Smooth it into the skin using firm upward strokes in a direction towards the heart.
3. For a relaxing bath, pour one capful under running water and agitate to mix in.
4. Note - it is always advisable to protect the floor or bed with an old towel to prevent splashes of oil.
